  1. Sell to us
    Under this option, you sell your property to us directly for an agreed premium price in exchange for a longer settlement to allow us to submit a development application with the relevant authority. Unlike selling to the public, there is no intrusion on your property, you know the sale price in advance and have the longer time frames to plan ahead and to move forward comfortably.

     

  2. Partner with us
    The land owner enters into a profit sharing agreement with us and receives the financial returns on project completion when all townhouses are sold and settled. The development process is completely managed by us while keeping you in constant communication about the entire process.

     

  3. Joint venture with us
    Under the joint venture arrangement, the land owner enters into a profit sharing agreement and is also entitled to keep one of the brand new townhouses at project completion when the remaining townhouses are sold and settled. The entire development process is managed by us for you.

     

  4. Invest with us
    Under this option, you invest your capital into our current project for a fixed annualised interest return on your investment for the duration of the development. Your capital and interests will be returned to you at the project completion when all townhouses are sold and settled. The entire development process is managed by us.
